Treatments are carried out fully clothed. We are working with different layers of your energy and this can be done with your clothes on.
You may be more comfortable, however, if you remove your shoes.
Jewellery does not have to be taken off, unless you are wearing (or carrying) lots of crystals, which may affect how we assess your energies.
